Here’s again an easy and really healthy recipe and I especially love how colorful the dish is. :)
You need:
– Onions
– Garlic
– Bell peppers
– Zucchinis
– Olives
– Tomatoes
– Oil
– Sheep’s milk cheese
– Rice
Chopp onions, garlic and all the vegetables into little pieces and cook rice in a pot. Then, heat oil in your pan in which you first have to steam onions and garlic, then add zucchini and bell pepper. As soon as everything is soft, but not pulpy, add the remaining vegetables. When everything is soft, add some sheep’s milk cheese and the rice and if you want to, some pine nuts. I hope you like it. :)
