You need:
– Carrots
– Zucchinis
– Sheep’s milk cheese
– Sunflower seeds
– Oil
– Fresh garlic
– An onion
Chopp the onion and the garlic. Cut the zucchinis and carrots into thin slices. Then, heat the oil in a pan, gently roast onion and garlic and then add zucchinis and carrots. Fry everything until it is soft, add the sunflower seeds and the sheep’s milk cheese and as soon as the cheese melts, your healty and fast dish is ready. :)
